The AS range of palletisers use a layer palletising system, whereas the AF series uses a row palletising system. Palletising is managed through a touch screen on which the desired format can be easily and quickly selected by the operator together with the relevant palletising scheme. The palletisers of the AS and AF ranges can be set up automatically - with pallet infeed/outfeed functions and interlayer insertion between one product layer and another - or semi-automatically - by feeding pallets manually or to overhead chain conveyors with or without interlayer insertion. All based on current or future manufacturing requirements.
