The Cartesian palletising robots of ProSystem PT, PORTIQUE and ROBY ranges are suitable for palletising products (boxes, jerry cans, bundles, bags, buckets...) and feature simple mechanics and electronic management which make them extremely flexible and easy to program:
The robots can be programmed by means of self-learning or from touch screen panels, besides featuring self-diagnosis functions for easy identification of any faults through visual and acoustic signals. They can palletise products fed out of 1 or several production lines on pallets, or manufactured (in the same or different shapes and sizes) by 1 or 2 production lines on 2 pallets at the same time.
The robots of the PT and PORTIQUE ranges palletise products weighing up to 50 kg and have a Cartesian structure (overly small sizes for the PORTIQUE range); whereas the robots of the ROBY range are used to palletise up to 70 Kg products. All of them can be customised for any loads.
The PT, PORTIQUE and ROBY ranges are suitable for low-, medium- and high-production lines and can be set up automatically - with pallet infeed/outfeed functions and interlayer insertion between one product layer and another - or semi-automatically - by feeding pallets manually or to overhead chain conveyors with or without interlayer insertion. It all being based on current or future manufacturing requirements.
